Order Changes

You have 24 hours after your order is placed online to make any changes to your order.  You can do this by contacting help@semihandmadedoors.com with your requested changes, order number and contact information.

For kitchen fronts and panels, if on checkout you select "YES, PLEASE review my kitchen after placing the order", your order will be placed but not processed until a Semihandmade team member confirms the order with you, whether there are changes or not.  Once confirmed, your order will be fully paid and processed, at which point it will be considered final. For this reviewing service, you will need to supply your plans to the Semihandmade team; if we do not receive your plans within 48 hours of placing your order, the order will be processed 'as-is' and considered final.


Because our manufactured products are made-to-order – including, but not limited to, doors, drawer faces, panels, trim, floating shelves and bookcases - we do not accept returns. This includes all kitchen orders (Sektion, Akurum), bathroom orders (Godmorgon), media orders (Besta), miscellaneous parts and floating shelves. We will, however, fix or replace any manufacturer-related imperfection if a claim is made at help@semihandmadedoors.com within three business days of the customer receiving his/her order.

To return Decorative Hardware, you must contact us at help@semihandmadedoors.com within 10 days of receiving the product. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, and materials must be returned unused, unopened, and in original condition.
