How much will my project cost?

Roughly, a typical kitchen remodel using the Ikea system will have fixed costs (cabinets, hardware, assembly, and installation) ranging from $3,000 - $6,000.  A typical Semihandmade order for an average kitchen - including doors, drawer faces, panels, and custom elements like floating shelves or bookcases - ranges from $4,000 - $10,000, putting the total cost range between $7,000 - $16,000.  Appliances, counter tops, and any other expenditures are not factored into this equation.
